Coupon and Promotional Restrictions
Please read this legal mumbo jumbo regarding the use of our coupons and driving credits. (Pretty please?) After all, rules is rules.
Our coupons have no cash value. They are redeemed only when you apply to be a member and are good for the face value amount of "driving credit."
Our lawyers would have us tell you about the following Coupon and Promotion Membership Policies:
Unless otherwise stated, coupons are valid for 30 days from membership application and expire automatically.
Unless specified, all Promotion Coupon Credits are offered as prospective driving credits.
One promotion per application. May not be combined with other coupons or promotions. Applications including a Promotion Code or Coupon cannot generate Referral Credits.
Promotional Credits can be applied at any point in the application process up to execution of the Member Contract. Promotional Credits cannot be applied or become effective prior to the execution of the Member Contract date.
Promotional Credits are not transferable.
Promotional Credits cannot be applied to Organisational account applications or Organisation members' personal accounts or Sponsored account applications.
Only one Referral Credit may be applied to a referring Member's account for each Referred Member executing a Member Contract and starting a non-trial offer rate plan under a non-Corporate and non-Sponsored account.
Promotional Credits and Referral Credits cannot be applied relative to Contest/Raffle and Complimentary memberships.
Contest/Raffle and Complimentary memberships will be implemented through designated rate plans only and may include driving credits. All other membership requirements will apply.
Money back guarantee applies only to the annual fee and refundable deposit on occasional driver or Z2B accounts. Members on an EVP plan receive only a refund for the deposit, not the monthly fee.
Guarantee does not apply to application fee. That fee covers the cost of our insurance checks and Zipcard.
If a coupon is redeemed within 30-day money back guarantee and membership is cancelled within 30 days, the coupon becomes void and all driving will be charged to the member.
Money-back guarantee not valid for accounts with a discounted rate plan (this includes, but is not limited to, Zipcar as an HR benefit, sponsored plans, and university memberships).
Limit of one Z2B referral credit per new account.
Guarantee does not apply toward any driving cost.
